    Hi there I have TECHview QC-3122 camera that I would like to set up. The issue I have is that the camera comes preset with an ip address of 192.168.1.n My POE Router has an ip address in the range of 10.0.0.n Given that it is a POE camera I don't have any way to power the camera without it...
