SmartPSS: can move only one PTZ
I'm pretty sure I have. Is there a different way other than selecting the camera and using the PTZ panel to pan it? Because that's my workflow with the SmartPSS software: 1. Select "ptz cam 1" 2. Expand the PTZ panel 3. Pan (it works) 4. Select "ptz cam 2" 5. Pan (ptz cam 1 instead of 2 moves)... -

Hello everyone, I have a Dahua NVR model 5832-4K. I have multiple Dahua IP PTZ and they move/pan/tilt just fine when connected via IP. Unfortunately via SmartPSS (or via mobile) I can control only one PTZ. I searched on the forum and as far as I understood it should be a firmware problem...
