    Hikvision DS-7316HI-S continuously restart

    Hi , I have a problem. I have a Hikvision DS-7316HI-S dvr that is restarting all the time. I have tried to update it`s firmware but the TFTP only shows 192.0.0.128 initialized. Is it a windows problem? NB: am using windows 8,1 x64 Awaiting your response.
