    These are POE cameras, right? Is your router POE? Is there any way to connect it directly to the computer? You would need a POE injector. Sorry if I'm asking obvious questions.

    I'm far from an expert, but I think the camera's ip needs to be 192.168.254.** if there's any way you can change it. Also, this might be worth reading if you haven't already. You may need to connect to the camera directly from a computer to change the config. Swann Support

    Sorry, I just paid for the update this time. BI needs to make it more clear that you are going to have to pay for the upgrade. I'm having some work done on my house and picked a bad time to do an upgrade. I didn't know what I was getting myself into.

    I don't see any way to change it. Under settings I have VPN protocol Adaptive IPv6 no preference DNS fallback checked Connect via any network Layer 2 reachability checked Also, I have no certificates. Should I have that. Sorry, I know just enough to get me in trouble.

    Plug for cable gland?

    Probably should have explained the situation a little better. I want to come out of the box on the ceiling, between the 4x4 and the siding and mount the camera close to where you see the blue wire. Not really wanting to use a big piece of conduit, but I’m open to suggestions. Thx for the replies.
