    So reset router and added another device via IP address and the other for ddns, now ddns is working for both mobile and wifi arrrgghhh hate when there is no definite answer

    Well I only had the one device and all was swell, now I can't get any cameras on my mobile network nor home wifi!!! Any ideas? I have dynamic ip and using hik ddns

    Hi guys having a glitch in the system, the app works on my mobile network but once home it won't work on wifi(same network as nvr) it says "no connection" on all cams. I added the nvr again under new device and it works. Weird!!!! Anyone have an explanation for this

    Huisun 1.3mp Speed Dome PTZ with Auto Tracking and wiper

    So how does the image compare to the mini ptz? 1.3speed dome v the 2mp ptz? Also is it worth getting x30 zoom in the 1.3mp I have no real need for extra zoom but has anyone compared the price difference? Just not sure if it will look silly under my second story eve!!!!!

    So do I set the huisun ip to my nvrs internal IP address or my network ip? Currently ports 6/7/8 are not used on my nvr but it's been automatically assigned ip"s don't I just change the huisun ip to say the Poe IP address? Like port 6- 192.168.254.7 ?

    Guys trying to configure my new huisun ptz and am at wits end, tryed plug n play to no avail. Tryed manual add but no go, the provided sadp can't find the cam..... Arrr I'm a noob so please help me, why can't I manually add?

    Already maxed out my phones plan a week after getting my nvr online, best I steer clear from this then lol max internet speed we can get is 100mbps at home but that's peak in reality it's half of that.

    Thanks for your response i hooked up via the virtual host and worked a treat it seems each cam has been assigned the same password and my nvr. It's amazing how many more options you have via virtual host.

    Hi guys just after a discrete ptz cam one which you can't see the actual lense pan and tilt, would prefer people not to know when I am playing with the ptz. I am running a hik nvr and unfortunately hik only sell ones with no ir or the bigger models. Prefer one within the dome case. Thanks John
