Are you sure its HFW2831T-ZS? Or maybe its HFW2831T-ZS-S2? Anyway if it the first option (not S2) then there is a new firmware here: https://www.dahuasecurity.com/products/productDetail/21537 Choose 'Download' then 'Firmware'. Latest firmware date is 07/01/2020 -

I think there is a problem with the encoding of Hikvision NVR and Dahua camera. Check that all the encoding both on IPC gui and NVR gui are in the highest level. The 5442 camera is really good camera. And all the photos you are posting looks like sub-stream! Stop changing camera settings and... -
