    Any Dahua ipcam that supports 5GHz wifi?

    Dahua consumer line is made for easy install. So Wi-Fi. I personally don't like Wi-Fi security. I think there is always a way to pull a cable. Every good cam needs power. So easyest way is to use poe. Also much easier to use a ups power supply then. Best for Wi-Fi is the consumer line I think...

    On the us website I can only find a 5mp starlight dome, eyeball or bullet model. Only the dome and bullet are available in varifocus. The eyeball I don't like the plastic housing. Eyeball is not for outside in my opinion.

    I dont know exactly. The 52(32/16)-16p-4ks2e, has the E. Stands for the epoe, 8ports are epoe for 800m. The difference for the old and v2.00 is for so i can see at the dahua site... The smart fan... and the smart codec. The rack mount is different... and the dahua site already says smart codec...

    Dahua has a new water proof junction box PFA130-E / PFA130E for Turrets ( PFA137, PFA139 )

    Thanks. I ordered the pfa137. I can use it for the turret and the dome sd22404t. The turret looks waterproof enough. I understand that if you mount it to a wall, with the pfa137, water can come in the junctionbox via the eyeball. The new pfa130e is closed on 2 sides, only the cat cable comes out...

    The junction box is only to keep the connectors dry right? The turret 5831r-ze is waterproof enough to mount it against a wall without junction box right? The new pfa130e is mainly for the bullet cams i think? But the turrets wil also fit. Only the 122mm wil cover the screws of the junctionbox...
