    a bit more background info we initially were able to remote view the cameras but when I changed phones and tried to reconnect to another phone we lost connection on both phones, im not sure if I clicked "unbind" at some point but not sure where

    Yes Piere it's the only QR code to scan. Taking it from platform access . Is there a chance NVR and apps are conflicting?

    Should this hik connect be as simple as scanning the QR code on my on NVR, inputting verification code and that's it connected? Let me verify I can see the stream via WiFi but not remotely Again Mike I have my verification code from my NVR

    Ive done it pal!! had to move the tftpserv file to C:/ folder and wallaaa worked! now looking at my working camera however im getting black strips on the screen, and looks like poor quality, it seems whenever I change the settings to 1080p and leave the screen it reverts back to 720p

    Hi Alastair sorry for the influx of messages but as an update I have successfully flashed the camera. now when I plug it into my ds7608ni e2/8p/a, the start up wizard docent find the camera, and when on camera management I get a status off network not reachable.. why is this not straight forward?
