1- Disable Web component, I received a message " Please click here to download and install the plug-in. Close the browser then installing the plug-in" 2- I completed installation without error. -

I've tried all three browser, IE, Chrome, Firefox but non of them was working. My other camera still running FW 5.2.5 and the web component is working fine on that one. Both of my camera are US version with CCWR serial number. -

To All. I already updated to 5.3 and now my Web component is not working but the camera is working fine, Since I cannot see liveview so I cannot draw motion detection or instruction area. Anyone has similar problem? "Live View Failed" -

I was asking for solution not be asked for reason. I read the 1 post, nonthing bad about it since I have US retail version, except not downgrade able which I am ok with that. I didn't see anyone have this problem either. -
