    I bet if you take Wifi out of the equation it would work fine. Hikvision and Wifi dont go together very bad xD

    If you try to add device it might give you a partial email address. Like for Hikvision if you try to add device it will come up with a prompt to apply for sharing then display the admin user partial email

    I believe the only model that will work as a standalone to unlock doors would be the DS-KB8113-IME1. It works on Hik-Connect App but then you can Integrate with HC & IVMS 4200 to have those features. or add by IP

    Non Hikvision cameras will require a more manual approach including a Laptop to Hardwire into a camera port to Configure them but they would require a ONVIF Profile. Aswell you Re Addressing Cameras to the Internal NIC IP of your Hikvision NVR.

    The issue is the Firmware. Camera has to brand new firmware for older unit. But this unit can be upgraded two more to be compatible with devices within the 2024 Firmware. Just lmk if you need them i can link them.

    I wouldnt recommend buying anything on Amazon for Hikvision Devices literally most of time they are OEM. I would go with to there Authorized Distributors to get the real product. The Company HIK-CAM US isnt an Authorized so id just stay away from amazon/ebay.

    Usually Bandwidth never comes into play especially if its dropping offline after weeks. I would def look into statically assigning and Reserving that Address in your router, Could be maybe another device taking that IP. Aswell Try using a different Port/Cable aswell

    Is the time settings correct for that camera? Aswell when inside Motion Detection Area is it Highlight with Red Square or Green/Blue Square around the camera image? Also i would check under Linkage Method to make sure the camera Aka D1 is checked to be recording.
