If you did reset the IP address 192.168.0.99 cam has now. The router must have the address 192.168.0.1 to be in the same network..If is visible in SADP ip cam, can change ip address, to be in the same network router. After reset ip cam should have admin and admin pass. Well read user manual. -

If you're not logged in as an admin can not do firmware updates. This is because you can not update. You have to log in as admin, and everything will be ok. -
