    Night Time Shots...

    We've got a prelude sh and mdx too. Yeah it's not bad, mainly just the black/dark cars not reflecting the light. Driveway lights on but how about the side and back cameras? Maybe turn them on or add extra ir lights.

    IR blasters - do you use them?

    I have the cmvision one in mikes link from amazon. Works pretty good but not that wide angle though. I use my old power supply from my old coax siamese cable system to power them so you don't need so many of those wall wart converters.

    Ask your vendor for a firmware update. It fixed my white flashing/ black flashing issue. Dreamboat and I both posted our files in the other thread.

    Just an update, my chinese vendor came through with a new 5.3.3 firmware build. The flashing issue seems to have stopped, now just ghosting a little, still happy though.

    That's not a wall its the light fixture in the right corner of the image. It's too close. Looks like it was slated to get it out of the way already but not enough. Might have to just move the camera.

    Has anyone tried this to see if it works? My 2 camera's are terrible, flashing white in the daytime, and flashing black at night. Problem is they're from China so updating firmware is going to be a problem. Mine are firmware 5.3.3 I'll never buy from aliexpress again

    I've tried separate power sources for both cameras and it does it still. In the web gui, and the nvr output. In 4mp mode it does it every 10-20 seconds also for the turret, in 1080 only with motion. The mini dome only does it with motion in all resolutions. I think it might just be a nvr issue...

    nvr is 7608NI-E2/8P on firmware 3.1.0 Build 150511 DS-2CD2542FWD-IS firmware 5.3.3 DS-2CD2342WD-I firmware 5.3.3 updating the nvr firmware helped, i was on 3.0.7 before, now it recognizes the cameras. Problem is the exposure? keeps jumping around every minute or so. In daytime it'll be fine...

    I'm running a dahua hybrid with a couple of hikvision cameras. Motion detection works fine but the settings have to be set in the camera not on nvr.

    Got my turret and mini dome, they dont work with my hikvision nvr for some reason even though the nvr says it handles 5mp. Works fine on the computer.

    Dahua turret with audio

    How do you get audio like that out of the dahue turret? Mine barely picks up anything, I have to crank my computer and speakers all the way up just to hear something loud.
