Dark enough... Here's the auto focus. I can use a onvif script to zoom in (its at max zoom so won't actually zoom more) periodically to force it to re autofocus. Waiting for a car to pass by to check result.... Can't test with my own car until the kids are all to bed -

Ah if the NVRs were all on the same internal subnet/VPN and they have the same IP, that would be an IP conflict and that can cause some really odd stuff to happen on the network -
NVR Wireless bridge to MoCA
If 100mbps will serve, Direct TV's "DECA" is the same thing at 100mbps and those are much more affordable than most MOCA. I used it to feed a Wireless AP serving 2 WiFi camera and a POE camera (with a POE injector post DECA) at my old house- Bitslizer

For typical home setup, the VLAN while a good suggestion, seems over-complicated. an (slightly less secure) alternate is just to use most router's built in parental control to block the cameras from the internet that will also take care of the generic/common gateway issue. No cloud but do have SD card. Try a factory reset without changing "anything" from the nvr or BI. It worked fine for me even on older firmware as long as I only change things from the SH app. SD card is needed since I don't have a cloud subscription -
