OpenALPR and white screen at night?

not for open alpr but I had something similar when my poe nvr can't supply enough power to both the 4k and the ptz using a pft1300. The ptz would skip frame and go white or green screen when the IR draw more power than the nvr poe port can handle.

Regarding test mount.... not sure if you use vinyl siding there. But these are pretty good for temp testing as they are easily removable without drilling holes or even semi-permanent installation (for say a high enough mount where you are not worry about someone reaching and pulling/stealing...

Another new build thread: Need help with locations/cams

Most typical camera at 2.8mm have like a 130 FOV, yours are not even 90 (3.6mm) you are looking for 6mm or vari-focal if you are not flexible on those FOV which would cost more

Anyone here have the Amcrest floodlight cam?

It is not truly ONVIF, most likely you cant config it via ONVIF, it does support RTSP stream for NVR recording and Motion Detection does trigger fine on the NVR. This is based on my AD110 doorbelll and ASH21 which are both Smart Home (SH) type. I believe it just need the one AC power source to...
