    I have a DS-2DE4220IW-DE and yes, it will tilt upwards by 15 degrees. The spec of the 4225 is listed as the same...so I would say yes, it will tilt 15 degrees upwards...But someone else can hopefully confirm 100%... From specs of both cameras... Movement range (tilt) From -15°to 90°(auto-flip)
