    Converting Hikvision MP4

    I have the same problem in there is no LocalConfig.ini file to edit. I've uninstalled and reinstalled 4 times now with no luck. Any other ideas? The videos from the camera are great, but if I can't use them with a mainstream media player, it becomes worthless.
