    CH is China region you would have to upgrade using chinese firmware which would cause you to loose english menus.

    Video looks the same in Chinese! Google translate can fix the menu...besides even if it is in Chinese isn't there a drop down menu for language selection.

    Actually I’m in the states, I’ve bought all my other Hikvision from Aliexpress have had no issues. And yeah they where Chinese or the WR version but all had English.

    They are Poe powered yes. I think one has a cracked solder joint since it only does not work below 10f.

    I never did replace it now I have another one dead it’s the one that always went off in cold temps and came back on once it warmed up outside so now I need two. It still needs to be a turrent and 2.8mm. How do the Dahua compare?

    When the sun/clouds move i get alerts what setting changes that? No the cam is not pointed at the sky it's when it's somewhat dark out because of the clouds then sun peaks.

    How to hide power wire?

    All my other cameras are POE it's just the two in the house that are wifi and used to keep watch of pets. I just hate the cord hanging there. Not much i can do without drilling holes i guess. Are the power jacks on the back of hikvision cameras the standard dc jack? I think it's 2.5mm.

    I have one or two wifi cameras inside the house mounted up near the ceiling the power cord is just hanging there hooked to a extension cord since the one that comes the camera is not long enough. Do they make longer power cords or something to make it easy to hide?
