It seems it was the POE injector! I tried a different unit and everything came up just fine for both cameras. Thank you for all the suggestions! -

I've completed a factory reset on the 5231 already, no joy. I'll have to try your other suggestions. Is it possible that somehow the poe injector isn't giving these cams enough juice? I think I have another one around I can try. -

Update on my issues - A simple camera reset seems to have solved all the viewing issues, however it's not allowing me to set IVS rules. Smart PSS will not grant me access to set the rules and setting them via the NVR doesn't seem to work either. I can set the rule but it never appears on the... -
