    hi, thanks for your tip i have 2 nvr of the same type and model. when i connect the usb to rs232 with that cable on working nvr, i can see the terminal and interact. that let me think that the cable is the correct one i also used hikvision-tftpd on git and try to capture packages via tcpdump...
