    Just a comment on the durability of these cameras. I dropped one about 5 feet onto concrete and it still works fine! Yes the case is scarred and lost some paint but camera work. Impressed so far!

    Does anyone have any advice about leaving the desiccant (water absorbing) packets inside the cameras when they are in use? I like the idea of absorbing excess moisture but I do not want to cause overheating or any other problems.

    Well after attempting a reset the problem persists. It happens using 12 power supply and using poe. It looks like i will have to contact Andy for an exchange

    So i got 4 of these cameras and 3 of them seem ok but 1 has an issue. I am unable to connect to it using browser and the default 192.168.1.108 address. If i ping -t that address i get 4 time outs then 2 responses then 4 time outs then 2 responses....no other devices with.108 are connected...

    I agree, Andy could do a better job with communicating the order in which shipments will be processed and where a given customer is in that list. That being said, he sounds honest and very fair so I will wait, at least for a little while.
