    I think I have everything working now that I figured it out, had the settings in the wrong place and not in the "client" section but rather the "server" section. I am getting a message that blue iris needs authentication to prevent MITM attacks any ideas on how to address that?

    Ok seems I am getting closer, have service installed and running,had to uncheck the "protect my computer" box, now when I load config it states SSL server needs cert...I did the build a self signed stunnel.pem but still no luck any ideas?

    The other thing is when I go to stunnel service install, I click on "current user" and the "protect my computer" is checked, but when I click ok it gives me a error 5 access is denied...

    I am trying to set up stunnel, i get to step 7 and get UTF-8 byte order mark detected FIPS mode disabled/Service [blue-iris] SSL server needs a certificate and failed to reload config file....any ideas what I am doing wrong? Thanks

    It has Stream type which can be clear or fluent Resolution (set at 720P) Frame rate (30) Maximum bitrate (512) H.264 profile (Main) that's it, also, if you use stunnel, will it work with the client app?

    I deleted the camera, changed the password to match the others and reinstalled it, the clocks on all cameras are now synced, let's see if that solves the freeze issue, cpu is running about 40% so everything seems like it is good for now, will keep you posted.

    I checked and am running latest firmware, Fenderman, I checked the event log, it does show blue iris had an issue but no real details. I will try your other suggestions as well.

    Ok, the poe cameras are a reolink rlc410 and trendnet tvip321. the reolink is set to 1920 x 1080 @ 30fps and the trendnet is set at 1280x720 @ 30 fps, basically it will look like the picture is a series of vertical lines, like the picture was smudged.

    I noticed that you can pay for a backup or a cd of the program is this necessary? Couldn't I just download the program and insert my key if it crashes etc? Once downloaded can I burn the installation program to a cd for backup?
