    I just need CPAI to detect person vehicles. It picks up bugs, tree shadows, animals, etc. I thought If I set the cameras to “ipcam-general” it would solve the proplem. But I opened up the path and found no ‘i-cam-general” file. Also. How do I stop receiving “nothing found” on my push...

    Has anyone figured out the "No recent alerts" screen push notifi when a camera is triggered? I'm running 5.7.5.6. My clips only seem to last 1 day. I have 13 camera's. 3 are the newer color4K's, 1 HikVission 180, 1 Dahua 180. these cameras are working fine (no AI). My other (older) Dahua cameras...

    I loved Deepstack. My cameras only triggers if there were car or person. That’s it. But one day DS was gone and CPAI was there. It’s probably me not knowing how to get CPAI working properly. And anlso updating with unstable BI. Well, let’s just say, i’v been pulling my hair out since.

    I fixed the over allocated. My fault. I changed the storage to 5000. I returned it back to 1000 and that fixed the over allocated. I did go back to 5.7.5.6 to see if it will help my DB “Alerts” from being deleted situation.

    Okay. I’m on 5.7.6.3 right now. I closed BI deleted the db reopened BI now I’m getting “over allocated“ tried delete/regen with no luck.

    FYI: I finally got my IVS to work with BI for the color4k-T180. and the "Event Subs" went away. I followed @wittaj instruction on reset 3, update FM, reset 3. :headbang:

    Can anyone of you great lads tell me if there's a thread on push notification not sending "camera image" on alert? it just stopped sending the "camera image" a little over a week ago even though I have it checked in the Push notification section. thanks

    So, I have this IPC-color4k-T180 that seems to have some problems. like the Event Sub 000000190. and IVS not sending to BI. is there no longer a way to update the firmware? if so how can I find the link for the latest FW. thanks.

    Thanks for the info. On your IPC-Color4K-T180, do you get a "event: subsciption 00000190"? So far I have 117222 and counting in by BI log.

    Okay. in camera GUI, have you gone to advanced settings, intergration protocol, add a name and password. Then run BI find/inspect. after that add a substeram to the proper box. There is a thread that explains better. I just can't remember the location of the thread.

    There is a thread on here that tells how to set this camera to do what you want. It's a setting in the GUI that has to do with giving a password. it fixed my camera but I cant figure were it's at. Maybe search that may not be the thread. I'll get into my camera at let you know.
