I don't think there is a newer firmware than one that you already have. The MiniPtz V1 I have has the same version as your camera. So far It's been working (going on 4 years) without a problem. New Hikvision WiFi Bullet? DS-2CD2032F-IW
I had one and I just return it. Camera works great when hardwired but the wifi not so good. My camera would become unstable and drop the connection at about 30 feet from my wireless router.
