    what version of WebPlugin are you using ?, try the one from here http://www.hikvisioneurope.com/portal/index.php?dir=Software/02%20%20%20Web%20Components/ also make sure you use UDP and not TCP as TCP is currently broken.

    connect to cam direct via webpage 1: Enable Virtual Host 2: then clink on camera 3: login to camera webpage, and go to configure, then to Image, and change Sharpness to 18.
