    just be aware DOMES / Mini DOMES are notorious for IR glare (IR light reflecting back into the lens), another than that it just down to the size and space available to installation, and DOMES usually have a stronger IR so they can see further.

    did you notice it has DIGITAL ZOOM also :), ie you can zoom past 20x :D, not sure why you are getting IR glare as IR's are below and each side of the sensor.

    i have same cam, here is a night shot, the smart auto track is linked to a dtection action ie a line cross / zone entrance etc. then it will follow the object.

    strange situation indeed, no internal firewall rule on you router for LAN that is not on WLAN ?

    well one more thing you can try, connect the NVR to your external PoE switch and attach all the cams to that. could rule out a NVR PoE issue.

    that still maybe detected as risky as you have letters in order of alphabet, are you sure the password is correct by reconnecting via PoE switch to pc direct ?

    a mate of mine had same issue today, it was cheap CAT6 cable, have you tried attaching the cam direct to NVR with short 1 meter cable.
