If you have EU or WR camera - just update firmware to: https://www.dropbox.com/s/sbsbgbqyoq0vk5d/IPC_R6_EN_STD_5.3.3_150826_R6_det_ruch_bug_fix.zip?dl=1 If you have China Region camera - you have to disable motion detection, I don't think that there is any firmware fix -

What is H264+?
H.264+ i something like AXIS Zipstream. Dahua H.264H is just High Profile of H.264. Camera with H.264+ generates 30-70% less bitrate that H.264 High Profile so it looks good. No details lost comparing to standard H.264, and standard NVRs can decode it (as opposite to H.265). But the problem... -
