    Hi, Anyone know why around 274GB storage would be used once formatted? I believe generally drives have low available storage than advertised but wondered whether HIK was causing any further storage loss as i am not sure how much a 4TB would show once installed in windows.

    Live video choppy and getting stuck

    Update tried another laptop had same issue. Actually I was using the laptop to see the video whilst trying to focus and realised it was the laptops wireless that was causing an issue. All working perfectly now. Three more cameras to mount, will leave it for next weekend.
