Hikvision DS-2CD2132-I reset button?
You can not reset it in the traditional way, so far as I know as it does not have the hardware rest button. You will have to reflash it with the appropriate firmware. FYI, upgrading from 5.20 is the wrong way to go with these cameras IMO. We are in an adversarial position with the manufacturer... -

Can you set up a generic config file with most of your settings to import? I know the conditions for each installation are going to vary but it might save you a couple of clicks.- catseyenu

A couple of thoughts... I assume you're using Hikvision cameras? Did you log in to the camera to set this up or just the NVR? Did you set up the arming schedule and linkage? -
