I was able to reproduce your 500 error when inputting an invalid User Key and API. It should really be a 4xx error. Not sure why they are using 500. -

The "Earliest date epoch: 1624761037594" is shown on the OpenALPR Local Webservice Diagnostics page. Can you use that as a reference? Check from that epoch to the current epoch and then see which are missing from the DB? I'm guessing it is somewhat done in that manner. -

Also, that API I showed is when you click "Older" or "Newer" on the cloud.alpr.com dashboard. The default requirest includes the "end" date, for pagination I would imagine, and "order"; both of which are not required. Example... -

The log is the black part. If you were to have 2 windows open; one with the log and the other with another page that you are clicking on you would see the log populate. The log doesn't seem to save over time, just shows new content from the point of visiting the log page. Not sure if it's a... -
