    As of 11 hours ago I've had no issues using Gmail through my NVR to send emails. As of OP I'd temporarily set the NVR as dmz host just to see if it works or not. Of course I wouldn't leave that as a permanent fix. Just use it to see if you can send outbound or not.

    I’m still working flawlessly on 4.20.001 and have not had any prompts to update the app on my iPhone running iOS 11 or an iPad ruining iOS 12 and an older iPad still on iOS 10. Make me wonder if the update was pulled from the App Store or perhaps was not intended for my region (US).

    I see. Yes I followed what I said on my last post and restarted the NVR. All is working now. It’s possible that all I needed to do was restart the NVR without touching the app at all. Next time there’s an update to the app I’ll try that first.

    I just realized my push alerts aren't working either. Did you just uncheck your IVS push notifications, "back up a level" and click the save icon in the top right corner, go back in and "re-check" your IVS subscriptions and then back up a level and save again?

    Do you have substream enabled? I use tiny cam pro on a kindle fire hd and it needs the substream. Maybe you need it too? Are you trying h264 or h265. Try h264 instead of h265

    I have the same NVR. I haven’t specifically blocked it as a firewall rule since I want to receive both iDMSS notifications as well as IVS tripwire emails. Makes me wonder if I should try to block inbound requests to my NVR as a firewall rule on my router.

    did you use the correct username and password on the camera? This happened to me when I first installed the cameras and a hard reset did the trick. If the user/pass are correct try a hard reset by holding the button down and then applying external power (I think it was 12 volt / 2 amp power)...

    not sure if this helps or not but doesn't that TrendNet Green switch enter power save mode if the cat5 (or cat 6) cable is under 3 meters? I remember needing to use longer cables for switches sitting next to my computer or the switch would enter low power mode and devices would drop off.

    try turning off Smart IR and putting it on manual. Set the IR lower like 10 maybe (play around). I have the same issue and deal with it because I like my camera placment. Here's a pic with Smart IR as well as Manual IR set to 1 (lowest setting).

    I only use Alarm Manager --> Subscribe --> NVR --> Push type (Live Preview) --> IVS (Cross Line) and select all cameras I want. I do not touch cross region although I never ended up setting that up in the IVS rules anyway and I do not touch motion detection.
