    Each camera had an ip address but I guess it was still “looking” at port 1 since that is what I used. I will reset them and try that. Fingers crossed it works or I will pickup that Poe switch and try that

    when I tested it I plugged each camera on port 1 and let it initialize. Could be my issue as they are now on each of their own ports. My longest run is about 75 feet I would say so not ePOE I don’t think. I’m not sure where to start or start over. Guess I need to read more

    EPOE from the NVR. I’ve tried different LR1002’s with different ports and same results. If I bring the camera inside with a new cable it works which is what made me think the cable is bad; but why would the old camera still work on the same cable?

    Ok thanks for the advice. Seems it is working now, I guess it’s an app issue or cache issue like you said. I added another camera and it hasn’t updated yet even though I named it on the NVR

    yes I realize that, however in the app it shows up as NVR when I toggle the notifications on instead of “garage”. If I were to have multiple cameras that I wanted some on and some off I wouldn’t know which is which. Does that make sense?

    Ok update. I was able to get it to push the motion now and record the motion as I wanted. Only issue now is the name but I will verify once I add another camera. I’m guessing where it says “NVR” should actually be labeled “garage”? On the camera itself it’s labeled garage
