I'm not sure if I'm doing this right. But I did check with the config tool My setting are set from 192.168.1.1 thru 1.192.168.1.138. All IP camera are between those numbers. How would I access my DHCP data? Again, big thanks for helping me out. BTW, been a few days, no crash, yet -

Blue Iris - video blur issue
What type of Cat cable are you running? Cheap cat5e can cause ghosting. After replacing my cheap cable with solid copper Cat5e, most of my ghosting problems have gone away. Also, if your running a switch, consider upgrading your cable from the switch to the computer with a quality cat6 or 7... -

That's crazy, Pacific North West use to have the cheapest rates in the county. Plenty of hydroelectric power being generated. Was so cheap, no one ever would of considered heating their house by gas. -

Issue with IPC-HDW5231R-ZE camera
Not sure if this is going to help, but here it is. Had similar experience whit my HDW5231R-ZR. On the Blue Iris, it seems to keep losing or dropping the signal (yellow box highlighting the screen). Had just transferred the camera to a new location. Never had issues with this camera before... -

I think you were right. Return and replaced my switch. Same thing happen after a couple of days (was in a rush to replace it because I was going away for a week) Came back to a dead switch. Think my switch is dying. So far its has gone dark (showing no connection to my DVR and/or computer) three time in the last week. I have 15 cameras going in (8 4k and 6 2k cameras) and 2 gigabit lines gong out. Maybe this was too much for this system. Granted, I cheap out buying this unit...- DRZmaui

Finally got my IPC-HDBW4231F-E2-M 2x2MP up and running. Funny thing, first channel is backwards. In blue Iris flip the channel left to right. When playing back a recording, have a split screen. Any suggestions are appreciated BTW, once I get the bugs out, seem like a nice unit for my garage. -

I use both. Lorex as a back up, Blue iris as my main. 16 port switch, one hardware to my computer, other going to wireless router to my Lorex NVR. -

Your problem is not really with Aliexpress, it's with the merchant that you purchased from. And to be clear, that merchant was NOT Andy @ Empiretech, correct? Also, if you ordered the cams, and chose E-packet shipping, it could take up to a month for your items to arrive. Had bought from Andy...
