    Hi, Just updating the pink colour issue. There was No white balance setting but fiddled with colour and changed indoor to out door and vise versa to others seems client happy with it. Thanks for your input. Cheers

    Many thanks for prompt advice, forgot to mention that it is set at hikvision plug and play protocol however I did try to change it to onvif doing the same recording on continuous but not on event.
