    What do you do if you find a older computer but only has a VGA port. The VGA to HDMI does not support higher resolutions? Do you them add a video card?

    I had to reinstalled the program and now it is working. I have all of the recordings.

    It has to be a Smart PSS problem. The video is on my NVR but does not show up on the Smart PSS program.
