The thing is, that the older model had those numbers as well. I had the 59225, before this new one. The difference is actually in the letters. -

Those are two different cameras, no? How that worked, without bricking it? PTZ should have another firmware. These cameras have 2 firmwares. -

It is a motorized lens movement? Maybe a connector is not plugged in properly? Maybe you could unplug that big connector, with all the bronze ribbon cable and plug it back in. 180 degree driveway view ?
I have noticed with similar splitters(using 2), once in a while, some of those cameras go offline, but a reboot, or two will bring it back online. I'm not sure what is going on, they lose their ip address? They are regular cameras, not POE+ ones.
