It is not enough to have their value, they have an ESR value as well, and you need an ESR meter to check that. That value could be much higher than a new one. Did you replace the 47uf one? If not, maybe you should.
I have this for narrow angle(LPR purpose), but you can get one for wide angle. It is great light. It's been running great since 08/19.

I have a Chinese 4431-R-Z(my first camera/didn't know any better then) since 2017 and it still runs well. It is under my garage eve in LA, so temps are high here.
I have two network ports/cards on the PC(one for Windows-updates, and the other no internet access-just for cameras), use Asus router OpenVPN and on the phone, I use UI3. P2P disabled on the router and on the cameras.
You don't have a thermal camera? I would power it up and inspect it with the thermal to see if anything start heating up. Otherwise, I would start measuring components around the input where you added power. Measure across smd capacitors with the dmm beeper, to see, if it has a short.
Yes, shorted smd caps. I have just fixed a JVC Dila-X500 projector, that had a shorted smd cap in the ballast daugherboard.
I have fixed quite a few other devices in the past, even security cameras, that had shorted caps.
I'm 90% that some capacitor is shorted. Check those brown capacitors. The black ones are resistors, and those two big black ones are inductors(those will show short).
Most likely something is shorted out. It can be a surface mount capacitor inside the camera as well. I would take it apart and get a multimeter and check for continuity on those capacitors. If it beeps it is shorted. If multiple are shorted, then that is a bit harder to find the one that is...
Can I ask, why did you buy this model camera? On Dahua site, shows for Jordan only. I don't know what that means, though. It is safer to go with a model, that everybody uses and it is a proven camera that works for everybody.
I have installed a 5442 in a birdhouse(from Michaels) and installed it on the porch column. I had to add some spacers and long screw, to be able to tilt it forward.
This is the view that I'm getting from it.
