I've had one of these installed for 2 years and it no longer turns on at night. My troubleshooting has found that the LED's will come on just fine if the photocell is removed from the circuit. I have the NVR5208-4KS2 (V1.0) running nicely with V4.000.0000000.1 20190809 firmware. So although it's running a V4 firmware, it is a late 2019 build, not V4/2020+. Should I first try to update to a later V4 firmware known to work on V1 hardware? If so, any recommendations on which one?- GaryOkie

@Froglens - I think you are seeing the RTSP wizard in the Eufy Security app for supporting eufyCAMs only, as described here. It would be very big news indeed if any of the Eufy doorbell models received an RTSP support update. -
