    Lens type will be on the camera label. I cant find a firmware for your model, just DS-2CD2385FWD-I (8MP version). You have the ProSeries (Easy IP)

    NVR Firmware is current (build is Apr 2020). I think that the firmware version should br V5.5.61 for the turret darkfighter camera.

    Hi Please find the manual attached. Do you use the HikConnect? if so under the network settings (pg154) you will see the cloud tab where the Verification Code is entered, use this code for the streaming of the cameras. If ivms does not work on Fire OS, try tincam with DDNS. Hope that this helps.

    Did you connect it to the cloud and how are you connecting to the cameras on your mobile? I think that it needs your cloud security code. Try it in the screen where it says failed to retrieve image?

    Yes. Works well however I'm still concerned about their "cloud" service. Recommend openvpn and using ivms4200 for android or ivms4500 for IOS.

    connect your laptop/pc to one of the poe ports and set to dynamic ip. you should then be able to access the poe cameras, obviously 7 of the remaining cameras. Not sure if the nvr user interface has a detect function.
