Windows client?
Is it possible to have a dedicated BI machine in my basement and be able to access and control it from a laptop somewhere else? Trying to grasp differences in sensors. Couldn't find anything in the wiki area regarding ways to determine best sensor size for a specific application. Can someone clarify sensor sizing and type or maybe point me somewhere than could explain it in a way simple enough to understand? -

Well, for me, in order to view Dahua cams (at least the DH-IPC-HFW2831T-ZAS I have been playing with) with functions like digital zoom and mic/speaker control, it seems you have to use Internet Explorer as the browser. Have some additional info. My laptop is a Microsoft Surface Book. It's display is a little odd. Display resolution is 3000x2000. I installed IE 11 on another laptop with a display resolution of 1366x768. The cam displays fine on it. So, it's definitely my surface book display. Now how to fix... -
