    So I figured out how to move the cameras around in the NVR and IVMS 4200 GUI, I never would have expected drag and drop on an NVR. Next problem, I unplugged 2 cams to work on mounting solutions, now I can't get them to add back into the App. Any ideas?

    I have seen lightning arrestors for network cable. I think it supported POE. I think I saw it on Ubiquitis site when looking at ToughCable. The cable has a built in ground that is wired to connectors. I haven't used any of it, just wanted to make you aware of the concepts. (On mobile)

    I wouldn't try connecting 2 power sources at the same time. If you want to try 12v at the microphone dongle, switch to a standard switch, not poe. Though the mic needing power doesn't really make sense.
