    I heard that there is an issue with a current firmware, @wittaj mentioned it. I'm running the 8/19/2019 firmware and no problems. Maybe you can revert.

    I went through and made sure i had all the items from the optimization done, i had everything but the substreams. That made quite the difference. I went from 20%ish down to 8-12% cpu here's what i used for all of the 4k cameras And this is what it looks like on the cameras general page...

    Thanks! One thing i'm noticing, is the auto tracking is extremely slow/jittery, by the time it locks on to a person and zooms in, they are already moved out of its view.

    Thanks! Looks like these are the settings i'm using, except using Intrusion instead of Tripwire. I've changed it to enters/exits....just waiting for someone to walk by..... How did you pick 8192 for the video bitrate?

    Thanks!!!! I hadn't seen that screen before. I set my ptz to your settings, we'll see how it works. Do you happen to know how facial recognization or licence plate logging works in BI5? My camera will do it, but i haven't seen anywhere in BI for it.
