    My first experience with Hikvision very disappointing! Installed & fired-up SADP & found camera right away. Tried to configure with static ip of 192.168.0.105 with port 8087, subnet 255.255.255.0 & gateway of 192.168.0.1 . Could not find camera in any browser. Then, tried to reset everything...

    Ryan, Looking at your photos, this PTZ camera's footprint leads me to believe that your mount might be too big for this. Can you post a photo with this camera mounted on the wallmount on your link. Thank you!
