    After the fatal crash, do you have any files in C:\Windows\Minidump ? Specifically named the date and time of the crash? You can use the windows debugger to find out what was running at the time of the crash.

    That makes sense. I am attempting to upgrade to the newest version of deepstack and Bitdefender keeps alerting on the .dat files in the alerts folder. Those .dat file must be the data stored with the results from deepstack.

    Blue Iris Server instance is using 3 gig of that memory but as long as I am not at 100% and getting page faults, memory is good. The biggest thing I have noticed when the problem happens is the GPU0 (Intel) utilization goes up to about 60%. Nothing else appears to deviate more than normal.

    I was on 5.4.9.2 and 9.3 but some of my cameras were not recording. I would get an alert for those cameras and it would show up in the list. When I clicked on the alert, I would get the file could not be found error. I rolled back to 5.4.8.2 and they seem to be working normally.

    Can we do anything from our side to improve DeepStack?

    You can make a custom model. About 350 pictures and you need to put a box around the object and label it in each one using the LabelIMG software. I have been experimenting with one to identify wildlife at my house.

    Oncoming Street facing House Issues with Headlights causing alerts

    Blue Iris is looking for a change in pixels (color/contrast) so you are going to have a hard time eliminating lights without a lot of zone finagling. You would probably be best off using an IR or ultrasonic sensor to trigger the camera.
