ok one new cameras is now reporting motion detect on the timeline and one is not. The one that is not reporting on the time line is my lpr it was set on trip wire and motion detect. is there a conflict with these settings?- trapper

I tried several different ways to get the 2 new cameras motion detection to appear on the timeline with the yellow activation hash mark and no luck. both cameras send me an email alert of the motion detect activation.. LTS camera system
Hello does anyone have experience with a camera mfg LTS in Los Angeles. A friend has this system and wants to incorporate a LPR. LTS offers only limited fixed and focal cameras 4.5-12mm max. Will Dahua cameras work with a LTS nvr- trapper

thanks for the tips added a little iris bumped up to 60 and the image is much clearer. 1/2000 shutter speed is the sweet spot -

Bigger fish thank you very much for your guidance. I implemented your suggestions and everything is working perfectly. There was definitely a conflict when trying to use nvr,camera, and smart pss to set scheduling.- trapper

today at 7am my nvr stopped giving me motion detect yellow hash mark on timeline for all cameras. I still get the email alerts from all cameras and all other functions are good. special shout out to bigbredfish,flintstones61,dudemaar .hello thank you very much for walking me thru my camera issues. I was able to down load pale moon and than IE and the plug ins self loaded with a click of the mouse. everything is back to normal including my patiences. -

ok got the ports to designate 1-5 . still running into block wall when logging into individual cameras asking for plug ins. crazy it was working fine on pc with plug ins installed and than wham o its asks for plug ins to be installed.still an issue downloading plug ins one step forward 2 steps... -

4 ports are 1-4 and he 5th is labeled 37777. the 5th camera was labeled port 5 but switched to port 3777 when the issue arose -

follow up question I noticed several of the cameras do not have their serial number listed in the added device screen. the lights are all green. if I put in a bad password and than the correct password the serial number populates. Is this part of the problem or a new problem -

yes i have always used the pc to log into configure tool and then into each individual camera. yes i was using the pc software from dahua on my pc -
