    DS-2CD1143G0-I does not recognize SD card

    I have firmware version V5.5.88 and it does not recognize any SD card, I tried to update to V5.7.23 and it responds with "Update file type does not match" does anyone have any solution? Thanks in advance

    Hello, I have the same problem, it does not recognize any SD card to store recordings, I have version V5.5.88, it does not allow me to update to the most recent one, did you find a solution?
