    i just have the standard 2032 outside and there has been no issue with cold. they typically see atleast a week of -30C each winter (although we mainly sit around -10C to -20C) and have been up for two winters.

    problem solved, took a bit to figure though. for anyone with similar problems you need to change the video type under the video tab from video to video&audio. thanks for the suggestions as well fenderman.

    both suggestions done, i have two netsurvellence cameras that are giving me audio just fine right now so its a problem specific to the camera setting.

    so tempting, be interesting to see the price on them when they become avilable. i have a hikvision 5mp that i paid a small fortune for and its day permance is only marginally better than the 3mp 2032s, and its night performance is marginally worse then the 2032s.

    I have that issue with most sellers on aliexpress (not limited to camera sellers), I'm generally happy as long as it shows up in a timely manner and as advertised. They generally seem to only respond post sale before the appeal period ends.
