    tinyCam Monitor has low performance on x86 Android devices like Nexus Player. This is because of Android 6.0 feature/bug which does not allow running ffmpeg library (h264 decoder) on x86 devices with assembly optimization. There is no such issue on ARM devices like NVIDIA SHIELD.
