Personally what I do for any computer before i buy is go to crucial's site, use the search for the computer i want to add ram, to find compatible RAM and then copy the specs or sometimes the very model number and then search with that...

    Thanks. Yes 75 would be a good price for the first one u mentioned as it has a separate uplink. The zyxel as you mentioned only has 4 poe ports so not enough for my current 6 ip cameras. Too bad the BV tech gigabit loses one of its ports for uplink.
