Hi, Is there any special setting I'm overlooking to get a Hikvision NVR to move a ptz camera to the appropriate location / frame where a smart event was created. It does this when configured on Camera side. But on NVR side it will not move camera which makes config far more complicated in...- TSAN

Hikvision IVMS 4200 Alarm snapshot
Finally - just got an email answer as to why capture schedule is unavailable. IVMS can get alarm pic but Hikvision NVR is incapable of producing alarm picture.
