    IMHO 5442 is being produced more than one year. I have got 5442 and I like it but I want to try something new. I'd buy the HFW5442TP-ASE-NI but unfortunatelly it doesn't have neither IR nor LED. Does anybody knows about Dahua plans producing new models in 2021 ?

    It's interesting. Has somebody tested back compability I mean Dahua NVR and Hik ColorVu camera? I'm considering Hik ds-2347g2-lu colorvu 2.0 as alternative of Dahua IPC-T5442TM-as What stops me that IVS will not work with Hik camera.

    Hello, My NVR has 4 types of profile management types. They are General when NVR always uses General profile Full time when NVR uses selected profile day/night Schedule when NVR uses day/night profile dairy. 4th way is called "Day/Night" Could you explain me this "Day/Night" management works?

    Is it possible to setup in 5442 minimal not fixed shutter speed for instance not more thatn 1/60 in the day , because if the wheather will be sunny then fixed 1/60 shutter speed lead to too light picture ?

    I'm using HFW2831T-ZAS-S2 also. In dark time HFW2831T-ZAS-S2 is not good enough for me . I prefer another camera HDW5442TM-AS . Bandwidth of HFW2831T-ZAS-S2 is about 560Kb/s Bandwidth of HDW5442TM-AS is about 260Kb/s But the second camera is better in dark time

    Thank you for information. Could you tell me if I want to setup the cameras writing to NAS then I have to connect NAS to the same NVR also? I can't connect NAS to 192.168.255.255 network because cameras are in the another subnet, can I ?

    I tried to upgrade my camera exactly this way , the transmitting files window appeared and nothing happened when I had selected the firmware bin file and I had clicked upgrade button for this reason I questioned my problem here.
